My Special Journey In Servehope (2005 To Current)
Dear Special Partners, Friends, Clients And Colleagues,
Special thanks to all my special clients, partners and colleagues who have been supporting us for the past 11+ years. Your encouragement and patience is greatly appreciated.
It has been a very rewarding and fulfilling 11-year journey in ServeHope. I had left the corporate world when I was 48 years old, giving myself a golden handshake. As CEO, I look forward to pursuing my passion of giving a job and a hope to the special talented disadvantaged communities. This is something I see as both a privilege and a great challenge.
ServeHope started with no sustainable business model, no customer base, no skill – only a passion. To find out what sustainable business model allows us to create a variety of sustainable jobs for the special talented disadvantaged communities.
ServeHope sincerely thanks our special colleagues for giving me the opportunity to walk this journey together with them, discovering their strengths, building trust together, and developing customised sustainable business models that complement our special colleagues’ strengths.
Three business models with a social cause have been incubated. They are:
- www.iwishclub.com global travel membership
- www.virtualserviceoffice.com virtual office, service office and shared office services
- www.theonlinenatural.com enjoy greater savings and better health with plants/organic products (coming soon)
Our programmes are all managed by our colleagues who have learnt new skills in web support, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, membership renewal, customer relationship management and AutoPilot (both back-end and front-end). We will constantly innovate and enhance our ways of working to make a difference in the lives of our clients and colleagues.
I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank my special colleagues, special clients, special partners for giving me the opportunity to have such a rewarding and fulfilling journey in ServeHope.
Mrs Grace Chu
